"I have been a customer of this insurance agent for one year, referred by friends. Every three months, I receive a new statement, and my insurance premiums increase each time. Initially, the agent communicated directly with customers, but once he secured the business, he started relying on his team to handle inquiries. If you ask specific questions, the responses often lack clarity. I’m disappointed with how this agent treats customers, especially considering I have both home and auto insurance with them. If you’re considering doing business with this agent, think twice."

"They lied to me about my 6 month policy. They gave me a 6 month price so I paid in full. They then came back to me trying to bill me $22 monthly even though I paid a 6 month premium."

"Leann at State Farm has been incredibly helpful. She helped me choose home insurance and offered me a discount for auto insurance that couldn't be beaten by Geico who I was with for 20 years.
